At Grosvenor we can install windows and doors into your old porch or we can build you a complete porch. Starting with the base we construct this in line with current building regulations , We insulate all our bases and you can have dwarf walls, upvc insulated panels or glass units with “A” Rated Super Spacer Planitherm total + argon glass , for best insulation.
All our windows and doors are fully reinforced with galvanised steel as standard. This ensure that they continue to give maximum performance year after year.
You can have Upvc doors in many colours white, rosewood , oak, grey, black, Irish Oak or you can have one of our vast range of composite doors including Veka, Solidoor, Rock, or Palladio doors. Grosvenor can also fit sliding doors or French doors to your porch.
When it comes to the roof we have several different options. You can have a clear roof with smart self cleaning glass or a 7 Wall Heatguard polycarbonate. In solid roofs you have the option of a moulded GRP finish or perhaps you want a traditional tiled roof to match your house.
On the inside we have all the finishes you might want including tiled floors, plastering, lights and electric sockets.
